These ancient vineyards are among the foundational sites that created the time-honoured style known as ‘Hunter River Burgundy’, championed by Maurice O’Shea.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe wines from these two vineyards were vinified and matured at each winery before blending at Mount Pleasant in January 2022, honouring the tradition of these two estates.
