Rod’s background in horticulture and knowledge of the local soil and water dynamics made them confident grapes would flourish on the property.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eParcels of Pinot Noir clones 777, 114 and D5V12 were fermented separately with small inclusions of whole berry and whole cluster.
