Rod’s background in horticulture and knowledge of the local soil and water dynamics made them confident grapes would flourish on the property.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eA combination of Chardonnay clones I10V1 and P58 were gently pressed into large format seasoned French oak for indigenous fermentation.
