They make wine with grapes from their own estate and they also buy grapes and wine that they produce and bottle under their own name. They manage about 210 hectares of vineyards exclusively in Burgundy. The winery even owns a cooperage and makes its own barrels that are used to ferment or age its wines.\n\nCoteaux-Bourguignons is a new Burgundy denomination that was created in 2011. It covers the Grande Bourgogne, Auxerrois and Beaujolais regions. Wines can be made with the native Pinot Noir, Gamay, Chardonnay and Aligoté varieties. One of the advantages of this new \u003cem\u003eApellation\u003c\/em\u003e is that it allows the production of \u003cem\u003ecoupages\u003c\/em\u003e and single-variety wines.\n\nLouis Jadot Coteaux Bourguignons Blanc is vinified in stainless steel tanks to preserve the full freshness and fruit of the wine.
