It is coming out of it's adolescence and while it still can age for many years to come it makes for a delightful drop right now.\n\nThis 2018 Single Vineyard Semillon from the Hunter Valley, made in stainless steel tanks with no oak influences, is a tour de force with a bright and zesty focus.
