While those two villages are Pinot country, Bisseuil is the outlier—the only village in the area with more Chardonnay than Pinot Noir.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEgly’s Bisseuil holding spans 1.5 hectares across two lieux-dits, now farmed by the family for more than seven years (acquired by Francis and Annick in anticipation of Clémence and Charles joining the domaine). Average vine age sits around 40 years.
