The principal cru is Tauxières and and reserve wines including 2008 and 2012 make up more than 25% of the blend. The result of a Blanc de Noirs made from 100% Pinot Noir, designed to make terroir the star of the show.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eIts dosage is moderate: 8 grams per liter. Its cellar aged for twice as long as stipulated by the Appellation.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eTauxières, the dominant cru in the blend of this sixth edition of Bollinger PN, contributes to the wine’s singular character.
