We pick Wente clone fruit from low-elevation sedimentary soil vineyards in the Chehalem Mountains on the opposite end of the Northern Willamette Valley and vinify it in Damy barrels. After 1 year in barrel, we blend. This is more \"extra\" in every day than the VGW.
